Overage Handling
When you exhaust your monthly credits:

Billing Cycle
Credits reset on the 1st of each month (UTC). Unused credits do not roll over. Your billing period is managed automatically — no manual renewal needed.
Self-Hosted Pricing
For organisations that need to run Scout in their own infrastructure:

Can I try before I buy? Yes. The Developer plan is free with 250 credits per month — enough for several analyses.
Do credits roll over? No. Credits reset monthly. This keeps pricing simple and predictable.
Can I upgrade mid-cycle? Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and you receive the full credit allocation for the new plan.
What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit and debit cards. Enterprise plans can be invoiced.
